Ingredients for Tender coconut pudding Recipe

  • 0.13 cup Tender coconut
  • 0.31 cups Tender coconut water
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp Gelatine
  • 0.06 cup water
  • 1/4 cups Coconut milk
  • 51.75 g Condensed milk
  • 0.31 tbsp Gelatine
  • 0.03 cup water
  • 0.03 cup Sugar
  • 0.06 cup Grated coconut

Directions: Tender Coconut Pudding Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put sugar in coconut water and dissolve.
  • STEP 2.Soak gelatine and melt in double boiler .
  • STEP 3.Put this in coconut water and mix.
  • STEP 4.Put chopped tender coconut and mux.
  • STEP 5.Pour in pudding tray and set in fridge.
  • STEP 6.In coconut milk add condensed milk ,melted gelatine and mix.
  • STEP 7.Pour this on top of the set coconut water with the help of the back of a spoon.
  • STEP 8.Set in fridge preferably overnight .or for ,6-8 hours.
  • STEP 9.Top with caramelised coconut
  • STEP 10.Melt sugar in a pan.
  • STEP 11.When caramelized put coconut and mix .cool.and top the pudding before serving.
