Ingredients for Temple Style Daddojanam Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Rinsed rice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup thick curd
  • As required Salt
  • As required Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad dal
  • 1 teaspoon Chana dal
  • 1 pinch Hing
  • As required Crushed black pepper

  • STEP 1.Put the rinsed rice in the pressure cooker

  • STEP 2.Take it out and smash the rice in a bowl

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add milk and thick curd, mix well into a creamy form

  • STEP 4.Add salt to taste

  • STEP 5.In a small pan

  • STEP 6.Heat oil and add mustard seeds

step 7

  • STEP 7.Add cumin seeds,urad dal,chana dal, hing , crushed black pepper and curry leaves
