  • 1 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add marinated chicken to the pan and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 5.Add tomato puree, coriander powder, and kasuri methi. Cook for a few minutes.
