Ingredients for Tawa Sandwich Recipe

  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Mango powder
  • As required Oil For Frying
  • As required Green coriander leaves A few
  • 2 tablespoon Curd
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Tawa Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add 1 cup semolina, curd, salt to taste and half spoon baking powder. Whisk it well while adding water.  rest for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Now take some boiled potatoes and grate it in a bowl, also add some chopped onions, green coriander leaves,  salt, green chillies,  1 capsicum finely chopped,  half spoon garam masala,  mango powder to taste,  red chilli powder and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Now make a dough of these ingredients.
  • STEP 4.Now take a pan, heat it up and add some oil. Drop the batter in the pan and fill it with some stuffing made earlier and cook. Add oil if needed.
  • STEP 5.Make pently of sandwiches. Serve fresh.
