STEP 1.Take a bowl add 1 cup semolina, curd, salt to taste and half spoon baking powder. Whisk it well while adding water. rest for 20 minutes.
STEP 2.Now take some boiled potatoes and grate it in a bowl, also add some chopped onions, green coriander leaves, salt, green chillies, 1 capsicum finely chopped, half spoon garam masala, mango powder to taste, red chilli powder and mix well.
STEP 3.Now make a dough of these ingredients.
STEP 4.Now take a pan, heat it up and add some oil. Drop the batter in the pan and fill it with some stuffing made earlier and cook. Add oil if needed.
STEP 5.Make pently of sandwiches. Serve fresh.
