STEP 1.Heat ghee in a kadai and add cumin seeds. When they start to crackle, add asafoetida, and then add green chilli paste and capsicum. Sauté for few minutes.
STEP 2.Add tomato and 1/4 cup water, so tomato will cook fast
STEP 3.mix well.
STEP 4.Add boiled peas and cook for 1 minute. Add all the masalas and rice.
STEP 5.Mix everything very gently cook for 2 minutes, so the rice gets heated thoroughly.
STEP 6.Finally add the lemon juice and mix it. It's ready to be served.
