Ingredients for Tawa pulao Recipe

  • 1.50 cup Rice Cooked
  • 1/2 nos capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 nos tomato finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green peas boiled
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp tawa masala
  • 0.13 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1.50 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.13 cup Water

Directions: Tawa Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a kadai and add cumin seeds. When they start to crackle, add asafoetida, and then add green chilli paste and capsicum. Sauté for few minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add tomato and 1/4 cup water, so tomato will cook fast
  • STEP 3.mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add boiled peas and cook for 1 minute. Add all the masalas and rice.
  • STEP 5.Mix everything very gently cook for 2 minutes, so the rice gets heated thoroughly.
  • STEP 6.Finally add the lemon juice and mix it. It's ready to be served.
