Ingredients for Tawa Fish Recipe

  • 1/2 kilogram Red snapper fish
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Rce flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • As required Lemon juice Half

  • Mix all the masala, rice flour, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice and add a little bit of water and make a paste.
  • Now marinate the fish for 30 mins with the prepared masala(marinade).
