Heat the milk till it reduces to half its quantity. 

step 1

 Mix custard powder in a little cold milk and stir it till it gets dissolved.

 Pour it into the boiled milk. Add sugar.

 Mix Chinagrass in cold milk and pour it in the boiled milk.

 When the milk cools down, add the brandy or rose water, cream and vanilla essence. Stir it for a second.

 Pour the mixture in aluminium ice cream moulds and keep it in the deep freezer.

 When the icecream becomes hard, churn it again and keep it in the freezer. Remove and serve when ready.
