How to Make Tapioca Puttu Recipe
STEP 01
Peel and clean the tapioca. Grate it.
STEP 02
In a bowl mix salt and water. Sprinkle this salt water on grated tapioca and mix well. Check for the salt.
STEP 03
Take puttu pot fill the layer with coconut and then tapioca and in middle grated coconut and then tapioca. Finally grated coconut. Steam it for 5-10mins.
STEP 04
Serve hot with sugar or any gravies.
