  • 175 gram Cauliflower, boiled and cut into florets
  • 1-1.50 Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 Chopped capsicum
  • 1 Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup Frozen green peas
  • 1 Whole dry kashmiri red chillies
  • 1-1.50 Slit green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • As required Salt
