Paneer Tikka is a popular Indian dish made from cubes of paneer (Indian cottage cheese), bell peppers, and onions marinated in a spicy yogurt marinade and then roasted in a clay oven, also known as Tandoor traditionally. However, a BBQ grill, oven, air fryer, or stovetop skillet works well.

Ingredients for Tandoori Treats Acchari paneer tikka Recipe

  • 62.50 grams paneer cut into cubes
  • 1/2 nos Green bell pepper cut into cubes
  • 1/2 nos Onions
  • As required cut into diced
  • 1/2 nos Tomatoes
  • As required cut into diced
  • 1/4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Curd
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp acchar masala
  • 1/4 nos Lemon juice
  • As required To taste salt
  • As required Oil For Grilling

Directions: Tandoori Treats Acchari Paneer Tikka Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl add curd,ginger garlic paste,salt, lemon juice and the spices, pickle masala and mix stir well to combine all the ingredients add the paneer cubes,capsicum, onion and tomatoes pieces into the marinate cover the bowl and keep aside for 1hours
  • STEP 2.2 Thread the paneer pieces and all vegetables into skewers arranging alternatively prepare your charcoal barbecue grill the paneer tikka skewers from both the sides appliying little oil till they turn brown on all sides
  • STEP 3.3 Transfer grilled Acchari paneer tikka to serving plate serve with chutney and lemon
