  • 0.13 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tandoori Masala
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Cut tofu into cubes and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the grill or grill pan. Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto skewers.
  • STEP 4.Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are lightly charred and cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Serve the tandoori tofu kebabs hot with mint chutney and a side salad.
