  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add cleaned prawns to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated prawns onto skewers and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
