STEP 1.First add refined flour,wheat flour,oil,baking powder in a bowl and add water and make a dough.Now let it rest for 30 min.
STEP 2.Now in a bowl add paneer,red chilli powder, kasoori methi,salt,oil, chaat masala ,ginger garlic paste and mix them all together.Now in a tadka pan add oilwhen its hot add besan and red chilli powder. Now take it out . A bowl and let it cool down. Now to it add hung curd,garam masala,rock salt and kasoori methi.now mix them all together and add mayonnaise and tomato sauce to it and mix together.Now in a pan add ghee and transfer the paneer stuffing to it and stir fry it . Now take it out and in the same pan add the vegetables and stir fry them. Now make balls out of the dough and make chapati and toast them on pan.Now on the chapati apply tandoori Sauce and add the paneer stuffing to it . And add the vegetables to it . Now grate some cheese over it and put it on pan for a minute. Now roll it into rolls and secure with toothpick.Serve hot
