  • 0.06 cup Cream
  • 1/4 tablespoon Kasuri Methi

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a handi or deep pan, add onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, green chilies, and cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until the chicken is cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Add cream and kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
