STEP 1.First cut the leg pieces slightly so that the masala will go straight into it. In a bowl, add the chicken pieces and add yoghurt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix well and let it marinate for 1 hour and keep it in the fridge. After 1hour, put oil and butter in a pan and let it heat. Now add the marinated chicken in the hot pan. Cook for 10minutes and put the chicken in another bowl. Now, heat the charcoal till it becomes red. Place a glass on the chicken and put the charcoal inside the glass and sprinkle some oil and cover the bowl. And serve it hot after 2mins.
