Ingredients for Tandoori broccoli Recipe

  • As required Broccoli
  • As required Curd
  • As required Salt
  • As required tandoori masala
  • As required chat masala
  • As required Kashmiri red chilli powder

Directions: Tandoori Broccoli Recipe

  • STEP 1.First blanch the broccoli for 2 mins. Drain the water and keep aside. Take a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix properly. Add the broccoli and mix it well. Heat a charcoal and keep it in the broccoli bowl for 5 mins to get the smoky flavour. Leave the broccoli for 15 mins. Now grease a baking tray and put the broccoli and cook for 10 mins in a microwave oven. Drizzle some butter and chat masala powder.
  • STEP 2.Here I served with sunny side up.
