  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add the boiled and peeled potatoes to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the oven to 400掳F (200掳C). Place the marinated potatoes on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
