Ingredients for Tandoori Aalo Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Sattu/roasted besan
  • 1 tbsp hung curd
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 62.50 gram Baby Boiled aloo
  • 1/4 Pieces charcoal
  • 0.13 tsp Ghee

Directions: Tandoori Aalo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients except oil heat of the mustard oil and add to the mixture and mix well and then heat up the charcoal and keep an aluminium foil and place the charcoal in the middle and at game and cover it and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.make some small brick in potato with the help of toothpick and Then add the bolied potato to the marination and keep aside for sometime. and heat up a Pan and add the potatoes and saute it well. till there is some spots.then squeeze some lemon juice and chaat masala and black salt on top of it.
