Ingredients for Tamil nadu mixture Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Sev
  • 1/4 cup Boondi
  • 0.13 cup Peanuts
  • as needed A Handful Of Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • pinch A Pinch Of Asafoetida
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry peanuts until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In the same pan, fry curry leaves until crispy. Remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Fry boondi and sev separately until crispy. Drain excess oil and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.In a mixing bowl, combine all the fried ingredients and add spices. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Allow the mixture to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

  • You can add roasted chana dal, cashews, or any other fried ingredients of your choice.
