  • 0.17 cup tamarind pulp
  • 1/25 cup mango papad
  • 0-0.17 nos dates chopped
  • 0.17 cup Jaggery
  • 0.17 tsp roasted masala
  • As required To taste salt
  • As required As needed oil

Directions: Tamarind Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.heat oil saute the aam papad and dates ,add salt and cover
  • STEP 2.as it gets soft add the tamarind pulp and jaggery.
  • STEP 3.add masala powder and remove,serve cool
