Ingredients for Tahini Halva Recipe

  • 2 dl icing sugar
  • 1 dl milk powder
  • 1 dl tahini
  • 1/2 dl pistachio
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/2 dl chopped pistachio

Directions: Tahini Halva Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add 120g of icing sugar, milk powder, tahini, pistachios, rose water, and mix thoroughly. It might be difficult to mix but it will come along.

  • STEP 1.In a try add a bit of oil and brush it throughout the pan, place some chopped pistachios like a layer, add the tahini mixture layer it and then squeeze it well, add another layer of pistachios and squeeze them as well.

  • STEP 1.Cover it with a plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

step 4

  • STEP 2.The next day take it out from the fridge and tap the halwa to take it out on a plate. Cut it into bite-size pieces and serve them.
