  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add the meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • STEP 3.Add the spices, garlic, and ginger, and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
  • STEP 4.Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour until the meat is tender.
