A easy sweet spicy sauce prepared from chilli peppers,white vinegar & corn flour best goes with the barbecued, grilled, fried and steamed dishes. Sweet chili sauce, also known as Thai chili sauce is made using dried chili flakes and is primarily a sweet condiment that also has sour and spicy notes. Sriracha is a spicy, bright red chili sauce made with peppers, vinegar, garlic, and a few other ingredients.

Ingredients for Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce Recipe

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Nos fresh chilli peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn flour

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mince garlic, ginger and chillies. Mix cornflour, water and prepare a mixture. Take a pot add vinegar, sugar, chillies, garlic, ginger, salt and cook it at low flame until sugar dissolves. Add water and cook it on low.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Press the chillies against the pot to extract their colour. Now add the corn flour mixture in to chilli sauce and thicken it. Now cool it down and keep it aside.
