  • 1/4-0.13 pound Packages of ground chicken, turkey or lean beef
  • 3/4-1 Scallions, diced very finely. reserve some for serving
  • 0.13 piece Smallof fresh ginger, peeled and grated.i use a microplane for this
  • 0.13-1/4 can Small thai chili peppers, minced very finely. youalso use a jalapeno pepper or a bit of ground red chili powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 0.13 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.44 tablespoon Sesame seeds, divided. reserve about 1 0.5 tablespoons for rolling the meatballs and sprinkling over them upon serving
  • 1/25 cup 10 diced apricots ordiced dried dates, your choice. make sure you dice them very fine
  • As required A generous drizzle of honey plus more for drizzling at the end of cooking
  • As required Salt
  • 0.03 cup Fresh herb of your choice: flat leaf parsley, mint, thai basil, regular basil or cilantro would all be great. use a good handful, aboutchopped
  • As required Neutral oil for pan frying the meatballs
