Ingredients for Sweet seviyan Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Seviyan
  • 0.67 cup water
  • as required Sugar
  • As Required Desi Ghee
  • a few Dry fruits

Directions: Sweet Seviyan Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat desi ghee in a kadai.
  • STEP 2.Add seviyan to it
  • STEP 3.Roast the seviyan at low flame till these turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add water to seviyan and stir well.
  • STEP 5.Soon seviyan will absorb water
  • STEP 6.When seviyan are about to cook,add sugar and dry fruits to them.
  • STEP 7.Seviyan will thicken.
  • STEP 8.Switch off the flame
  • STEP 9.Serve hot seviyan.
