In a container, take rice. Add water. Keep the aluminum container inside pressure cooker. Cook in medium flame till whistle blows once. Switch off the burner. Let it cool down so that the lid can be opened.
Add sugar cardamoms and ghee to the cooked rice. Mix gently. Keep the container inside the pressure cooker and cook for another 4-5 minutes in medium flame so that the sugar melts add fried cashwenuts
Mix thoroughly. Decorate with kaju, Serve hot.
