Tadka bun is easy to make at home. Adapted this recipe from my blogger friend. I simply add cook and mashed sweet potato .it can be served as breakfast or snacks with a cup of chai.

  • 0.08 teaspoon Red chilli Powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon turmeric Powder

  • 5 milliliter oil + 1 tsp
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Milk For brushing
  • 0.33 teaspoon Instant yeast and 1/2 / 3 gms
  • As required For Tadka
  • 0.67 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.17 teaspoon Kasoori methi
  • 0.33 flakes chilli tsp
  • 0.33 tablespoon coriander leaves / Optional
