  • STEP 1.Start by preparing the sweet potato filling. Boil the sweet potatoes until they are tender, then peel and mash them.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices like coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add the mashed sweet potatoes to the pan and mix everything together. Cook for a few minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 5.Remove the sweet potato filling from heat and let it cool completely.
