- 1/4 cup Green gram lentils /moong dal
- 1/2 cup Sweet potato leaves
- 1/4 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 tomato chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon curd
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger , grated
- 1/4 teaspoon dhania /coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Kitchen king masala
- 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
- As required Salt and chilli
- As required oil for seasoning
- 1/4 onion chopped for garnishing
- As required coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
