  • 0.06 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Gelatin Powder

  • STEP 1.In a blender, puree the sweet peas until smooth.
  • STEP 2.In a saucepan, heat the cream and sugar until it starts to simmer.
  • STEP 3.Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
  • STEP 4.Add the sweet pea puree to the cream mixture and whisk until well combined.
  • STEP 5.Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or molds.
  • STEP 6.Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
