Also called sweet corn agar-agar, this is a simple and fast recipe you can prepare with kids. Make this for Easter or simply enjoy it anytime you desire. This easy to prepare and fun dessert is a great favourite among children and adults alike. During my childhood, my mom often made them for my sister and I. We always look forward to having these corn jellies in eggshells for their deliciousness and cuteness.

Ingredients for Sweet Corn Jelly Recipe

  • 10 Nos egg shells
  • 5 gram agar agar powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Nos pandan leaves
  • 650 milliliter Water
  • 10 teaspoon creamed corn

Directions: Sweet Corn Jelly Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash and dry shells well and create a hole at the top of each egg shells.

step 2

  • STEP 1.In a pot add water, agar agar powder, sugar, pandan leaves and boil it at medium flame for 5 mins.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Fill each eggshell with some cream corn and agar agar mixture.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Now let the jellies cool down and put them into refrigerator and serve it chill.
