How to Make Sweet Colured Boondi Recipe
Steps- - First you have to take the besan and sieve it. Then rinse with water. It will take a little less than a quarter cup of water and then leave it covered for fifteen minutes
Steps- - In a pan, boil the sugar and half cup of water. The sugar syrup will be little sticky
Steps- - Now heat the oil in another pan. The besan should be mixed once more. Now you have to fry the Boondi with the help of a strainer with medium size holes
Steps- - It should be fried in a kadhai, then it will become round shaped. If you fry it in a pan, it will be flattened.
Steps- -Fry the boonies for one minute and then add it into the sugar syrup.
Steps- - Another thing is to put the besan mixture in two separate bowls and mix the food colors in two separate bowls.
Steps- - In this way all the bonds should be fried and immediately put into the sugar syrup. Then cover it for an hour and then serve.
