Ingredients for Sweet Colured Boondi Recipe

  • 0.17 cup Gram flour
  • 1/2 drop Red food colour
  • 1/2 drop Green food colour
  • 1/4 cup white oil
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Directions: Sweet Colured Boondi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Steps- - First you have to take the besan and sieve it. Then rinse with water. It will take a little less than a quarter cup of water and then leave it covered for fifteen minutes
  • STEP 2.Steps- - In a pan, boil the sugar and half cup of water. The sugar syrup will be little sticky
  • STEP 3.Steps- - Now heat the oil in another pan. The besan should be mixed once more. Now you have to fry the Boondi with the help of a strainer with medium size holes
  • STEP 4.Steps- - It should be fried in a kadhai, then it will become round shaped. If you fry it in a pan, it will be flattened.
  • STEP 5.Steps- -Fry the boonies for one minute and then add it into the sugar syrup.
  • STEP 6.Steps- - Another thing is to put the besan mixture in two separate bowls and mix the food colors in two separate bowls.
  • STEP 7.Steps- - In this way all the bonds should be fried and immediately put into the sugar syrup. Then cover it for an hour and then serve.
