  • 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1/4 Small Onion, Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • as needed Steamed Rice, For Serving

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a small bowl, mix together the sweet chilli sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Add the garlic, ginger, and vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • STEP 4.Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for another minute until the sauce thickens.
