Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving the marinade.
  • STEP 3.Cook chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same skillet, add the reserved marinade, sweet chili sauce, orange zest, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
  • STEP 5.Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
