Ingredients for Sweet Boondi Recipe

  • 250 gram Gram flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Desi ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Food colour

Directions: Sweet Boondi Recipe

  • STEP 1.One cup besan, strain the impurities nicely.

  • STEP 2.Add little amount of water at intervals, keep flowing consistency.

  • STEP 3.And add plenty of ghee and orange food colour. And stir it well.

  • STEP 4.A cup of water and half cup of sugar to prepare the chashini. Add some cardamom powder and make a boil. Cook for some time and let it cool.

  • STEP 5.Take a spoon with small holes to make proper boondi

  • STEP 7.Take a pan full of ghee, heat it up to mark and pour the paste on the spoon.
