- 0.40 Mashed banana – medium sized, peeled, mashed
- 0.30 tablespoon Grated jaggery
- 1/20 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1/10 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/20 teaspoon Salt
- 1/10 tablespoon oil – + 2cups for frying
- As required Water as or if required for kneading
