  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 0.13 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • as required Chopped Spring Onions For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated paneer cubes until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped onions, bell peppers, and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they are slightly cooked.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix together tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Add this mixture to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • STEP 5.Add the fried paneer cubes back to the pan and mix well with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot with rice or naan bread.

  • Make sure to fry the paneer cubes until they are golden brown for a crispy texture.
  • You can adjust the sweetness and tanginess of the sauce according to your taste by adding more or less sugar and vinegar.
