A luscious dish prepared from marinated fried fish topped with vegetable and sauce gravy

Score fish from both the sides
Marinate fish with salt,pepper,shaoxing wine and keep it for 15 mins
add oil in a pan & heat it
coat fish with corn flour and fry it at medium flame until golden brown
for sweet and sour gravy,add garlic,ginger and saute it
then add shallots,red chillies,capsicum and carrots
add water,tomato sauce,oyster sauce,sugar and vinegar
cook veggies until they are soft,then pour this gravy onto fried fish and serve ith steamed rice
