- 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
- 1 Nos Nos fish
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 600 milliliter Oil
- As required Corn flour
- 1 Nos garlic cloves
- 1/2 cm ginger
- 2 Nos shallots
- 1 Nos fresh chilli peppers
- 3/4 Nos capsicum

- 4 tablespoon tomato sauce

Steps To Prepare
STEP 01
Score fish from both the sides.
STEP 02
Marinate fish with salt, pepper, Shaoxing wine and keep it for 15 mins.
Cooking Directions

Add oil to a pan & heat it.

Coat fish with corn flour and fry it at medium flame until golden brown.
STEP 03
For the sweet and sour gravy, add garlic, ginger and saute it.
STEP 04
Then add shallots, red chillies, capsicum and carrots.

Add water, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and vinegar.
STEP 06
Cook veggies until they are soft, then pour this gravy onto fried fish and serve with steamed rice.
