  • As required Port Italian Meringue
  • 125 milliliter Porto wine
  • 200 gram Granulated sugar
  • 3 No.s egg whites

  • STEP 1. in a pot take evaporated milk and condensed milk.

  • STEP 1.cook on low flame until the mixture thickens,

step 3

  • STEP 1. pour the egg yolks in the pot and mix well.

step 4

  • STEP 1.4 - strain this mixture using a fine strainer.

step 5

  • STEP 1.cook wine and sugar in a pot till it becomes thick.

step 6

  • STEP 1. beat the egg whites and gradually add wine syrup to it.

step 7

  • STEP 1.poor the milk mix in the glaw and top it with the prepared whipped cream.
