Cook the rice in a rice cooker. Add a little less amount of water than you add for standard rice preparation because you will also be adding vinegar later, which will provide ample moisture to the rice.
Cooking Method
Mix rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl.
You can heat the vinegar to make mixing easier, but do not bring it to a boil.
Put the rice in a bowl. Add the vinegar mixture. Do not mix aggressively. Cut the vinegar mixture into the rice using a spatula, until the rice is nicely combined with the vinegar mixture.
Storage And Serving Method
