Ingredients for Surprise kesar jalebi Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup bowl peanuts
  • 0.13 tsp Milk powder
  • 0.13 Cup bowl milkmaid
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ghee
  • 0.13 cup water
  • 1/4 Tsp chamch kesar powder

Directions: Surprise Kesar Jalebi Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all take a kadai or nonstick and add peanuts in it and roast it till the peel is removed from it. When the peanuts are cooked, keep them in a plate to cool. When the grains become cold, peel the peanuts and take them in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Now take these grains in a jar of food processor and grind them. But take care that it's oil is not released. When the groundnut is grinded and it's powder is ready, sieve it.
  • STEP 3.Now take milkmaid in a vessel and add the kesar powder, then cook in slow gas
  • STEP 4.When the mixar is cook then add  , the peanut powder that is made in it. Add milk powder along with it and also mix the ealchi powder.
  • STEP 5.Now mix the  and groundnut mixture and cook until the mixture starts to separate from the pot. Mix one spoon of ghee in the last so that even a shine comes in the mixture and the mixture gets separated from the utensil for this reason.
  • STEP 6.Now keep this mixture in a plate to cool. When the mixture cools down, take a little muscle and then bring a small ball out of it and make a long line out of it.
  • STEP 7.Then make a jalebi by making rounds from it. All Jailbees were made in this way. So our surprise Jalebi is ready. If you want, you can also put saffron in it and you can also apply  also varakh but it's not complsary. But I do not use a both. But if you wish you use this things.
