  • 62.50 gram Fish Fillets
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Tomato, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Slit
  • as required A Few Curry Leaves
  • 0.13 cup Grated Coconut

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the fish with onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Once cooked, remove the fish from the bones and flake it into small pieces.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions, green chilies, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.Add the flaked fish, grated coconut, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Serve Fish Puttu as a side dish or use it as a filling for dosa or roti.
