Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Add the bell peppers and onions, and cook until softened.
  • STEP 3.Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top, followed by a layer of the cooked sausage and vegetable mixture.
