  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions.
  • STEP 2.Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add coconut milk and tamarind pulp. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add cleaned prawns and cook until they are cooked through.
