Ingredients for Sundh Panjiri Recipe

  • 31.25 gm Almonds
  • 31.25 gm Cashew
  • 31.25 gm dry coconut
  • 31.25 gm Dry dates
  • 12.50 gm Dried melon seeds
  • 12.50 gm Gondh katira
  • 18.75 gm Raisins
  • 6.25 gm Poppy seeds
  • as required Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
  • 93.75 g Desi Ghee

Directions: Sundh Panjiri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roughly chopp dry dates
  • STEP 2.In a pan add ghee as required dnt over heat ghee.
  • STEP 3.Add gondh katira to the heated ghee and cook untill it puffs up.
  • STEP 4.Add almonds and cook for about 2 minutes and transfer to the bowl.
  • STEP 5.Now add cashews and cook untill it becomes golden brown and then transfer it to the same bowl.
  • STEP 6.Cook raisins in a pan until it puffs up and then transfer it the bowl.
  • STEP 7.Now cook the dry coconut flakes in a ghee for about 2 minutes untill it becomes golden brown. Transfer it the bowl containing all the other fried ingredients.
  • STEP 8.Lastly add poppy seeds melon seeds and roast them. Now transfer the these to the bowl.
  • STEP 9.Now add ginger powder and sugar in a bowl with all the ingredients amd mix it well.
  • STEP 10.Let it complete dry and then store in air tight container.
