Sundh panjiri is basically a traditional delectable sweet of jammu which is consumed in winters. It is nutritious supplement made from dry fruits which is rich in protein. This is super delicious super tasty.
STEP 2.In a pan add ghee as required dnt over heat ghee.
STEP 3.Add gondh katira to the heated ghee and cook untill it puffs up.
STEP 4.Add almonds and cook for about 2 minutes and transfer to the bowl.
STEP 5.Now add cashews and cook untill it becomes golden brown and then transfer it to the same bowl.
STEP 6.Cook raisins in a pan until it puffs up and then transfer it the bowl.
STEP 7.Now cook the dry coconut flakes in a ghee for about 2 minutes untill it becomes golden brown. Transfer it the bowl containing all the other fried ingredients.
STEP 8.Lastly add poppy seeds melon seeds and roast them. Now transfer the these to the bowl.
STEP 9.Now add ginger powder and sugar in a bowl with all the ingredients amd mix it well.
STEP 10.Let it complete dry and then store in air tight container.
