STEP 1.In pressure cooker add mustard oil, sugar 1 teaspoon fry for 2 seconds add big potato pieces (1 potato cut into half), fry for 3 minutes. Remove potatoes, now add whole garam masala(1 inch cinnamon, 3 Cardamom, 6 cloves, 8 black pepper corn) then add sliced onion and fry for 7 minutes, add ginger garlic paste cook for 1 minute now add chicken pieces. Mix all ingredients nicely and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala and green chillies... Mix all ingredients nicely and cook for 5 minutes. After that add tomato paste and salt according to your taste. Cook until oil separate from masala, now add fried potatoes mix nicely, add 2 glasses warm water mix nicely cover with lid and pressure cook(3 whistles).
STEP 2.After pressure cook, leave as much gravy as needed and let the rest dry.
STEP 3.Serve hot Sunday chicken curry with hot rice and silce of kaffir lime.
