- 1 tablespoon Sambar powder
- 1 cup Turkey berry
- 1.50 cup Water
- 1.25 cup Moong dal
- 1 Mustard tspn
- 1 Cumin seeds tspn
- As required Curry leaves

How to Make Sundakkai Paruppu Kootu Recipe
Chop shallots and tomato
For tadka-add tbsp ghee,mustard,cumin seeds,red chilli and curry leaves.
1.add ghee in a pot and heat it.
2.add shallot,red chilli and saute for 30 secs.
3.add sliced tomato,sambar powder and saute for 3 mins.
4.add crushed turkey berry and saute for a min.
5.add water,cover it and cook for 10 mins.
6.now add cooked dal and cook for 2 mins.
7.now mix the prepared dal into the dal
