  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sake
  • 1/2 cut 2" width Napa cabbage
  • 2 l cut diagonally ong onions
  • 1 bunch Kikuna, cut 2" long
  • 1 package tofu, cut 1" width
  • 8 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 package enoki mushrooms
  • 1 package itokonnyaku

    Cooking Directions

  • Add oil to the pan and heat on medium flame.
  • Add beef slices in the pan
  • Add sugar,soy sauce, and sake when the color of the meat starts changing
  • Gradually, add rest of the ingredients.
  • Cook for 15 mins.
  • Season with soy sauce or sugar
  • Storage And Serving Method

  • In the same bowl, add fresh veggies like bok choy, cabbage, boiled mushrooms and tofu. Serve hot
