  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 0.63 En Chilies

  • STEP 1.Soak the dried fish in water for 30 minutes and drain.
  • STEP 2.Grind mustard seeds, garlic, ginger, and green chilies to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard paste. Cook for a minute and then add the dried fish. Cook until the fish is tender and cooked through.
