  • 1/5 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

  • 1/5 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.40 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/10 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 40 gram Paneer, Crumbled
  • 1/20 cup Mixed Vegetables, Finely Chopped
  • as required Oil For Shallow Frying

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine suji, yogurt, and salt. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices. Cook for a minute and then add crumbled paneer and chopped vegetables. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Divide the suji mixture into small portions and flatten them. Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center and fold the suji mixture to form a roll.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy from all sides.
  • STEP 6.Serve the suji paneer rolls hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
